Main responsibilities:

• A capability to make change happen across functional and departmental boundaries.

• Leads the creation of the current-state and the future-state value stream maps and the implementation plan for getting from present to future.

• Monitors all aspects of implementation.

• To assure the implementation of the Lean system because the benefits generally are lower costs, higher quality, and shorter lead times. The term "lean manufacturing" is coined to represent half the human effort in the company, half the manufacturing space, half the investment in tools, and half the engineering hours to develop a new product in half the time.





Requirements:

• University degree – Engineering profile

• Experience (years): 2 years minimum in manufacturing operations.

• Experience in automotive production is advantage

• Language: Full command of English

• Methods for analysis and solving problems

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Organizational commitment

• Results oriented

• Computer competence

• Proficiency in English
