Description



Today you might have a role as a scrum master, team lead or project manager and you are pursuing new challenges working with agile software development for medical device projects in a global, fast-paced work environment.

As Offshore Software Project Lead you will be a part of a Radiometer’s global IT Solutions and Software department, developing software for Radiometer’s future generation of medical devices and IT products using agile methods.



The job



Your main responsibility will be facilitating collaboration between two teams: One software development team located in Copenhagen and a development and testing team located in Bangalore, jointly developing a state-of-the-art .Net based touch device.





In addition, you will be actively involved in software design, peer code reviews etc. of the software features developed by our colleagues in Bangalore. Therefore, to succeed in this role you will have to have a background as a talented software developer. You need to be prepared to travel up to 15% of your time.





Summed-up, your responsibilities and tasks will include:

•Leading and facilitating collaboration between onsite team in Copenhagen and offshore team in Bangalore

•Joint hands-on software design tasks and peer software reviews

•Knowledge sharing and training to ensure a high productivity offshore team



Qualifications

•Minimum BSc in software engineering or computer science (MSc preferred)

•Minimum 1 year of experience in leading people and teams

•Software development experience (preferably .Net)

•Experience from working on multi-site software teams (preferably Western Europe and India)

•Fluent English written and spoken is a must. Danish is a benefit
