Haldor Topsoe is a global company based in Denmark but selling highly specialized catalysts and technologies all across the world within the energy sector, petrochemicals, environmental solutions and ammonia for food production.



The company is in rapid development and as part of our long term strategy we are expanding into new business areas where we develop new and sustainable ways to produce much needed chemicals. We offer a challenging job as laboratory technician within our New Business R&D group. You will contribute to the development and scale up of new catalysts and processes. You will primarily work in lab scale with preparation and characterization of catalysts and as part of a team of engineers and technicians help evaluate test results and plan experiments.



Your responsibilities •Inorganic synthesis of catalyst samples in lab scale

•Preparation of catalyst samples for testing and analysis

•Assisting with data analysis and experimental planning.



You •Are skilled at inorganic synthesis and have an eye for problem solving

•Are curious and innovative

•Are pragmatic, persistent and analytical in your approach

•Are result-oriented and have a strong personal drive

•Have good communication skills and are able to interact with your multi-national colleagues.



Qualifications

You have an education as laboratory technician or similar. We accept applications both from newly graduated as well as experienced applicants, but some years of inorganic synthesis experience will be considered an advantage.
