KK was recently acquired by A.P. Moller Holding, and as result, continues our journey towards becoming the global leader within renewable energy. 

At our office in Ikast, you will become part of our Strategic Customer Unit 3 (SCU3). In total, we comprise app. 50 talented and helpful engineers, technicians and project managers based in Denmark and at our production facilities in Poland.

1 year ago, we established a new business area: Low Volume - High Variability (LoVu-HiVa). This means that we now produce unique, electromechanical parts for wind turbines – parts that our customers no longer produce themselves. And for that reason, they have outsourced their production to us.

Grow our LoVu-HiVa business

As our new Senior Key Account Manager (KAM), you will become responsible for driving and expanding LoVu-HiVa. Collaborating with a broad array of colleagues, customers and suppliers, your goal will be to create a profitable pipeline of customer opportunities and maintain high customer satisfaction.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage existing key accounts and introduce our solutions to new customer targets
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs to secure profitable growth within LoVu-HiVa
  • Follow up on ongoing projects with your colleagues in SCU3 to ensure progress
  • Nurture and establish fruitful relationships with key personnel and assigned accounts
  • Drive the quoting process in collaboration with Service Engineering, Legal, Sourcing and Manufacturing

Experienced KAM with great networking skills

To succeed in this role, you have an entrepreneurial mind as you will work with a new customer area where no one looks over your shoulder to tell you what to do. With your strong commercial understanding, you easily see new opportunities – and you are eager to get out there and persistently meet and develop our partnerships to unlock the full potential of your market.

You also have a high drive and are naturally good at gathering and facilitating a successful team around you. Moreover, you:

  • Bring 5+ years of experience with B2B sales and key account management
  • Can document 3+ years of experience in sales of engineering and manufacturing solutions or alternatively sales of technical complex products
  • Either have a technical bachelor’s degree (BSc) in combination with a commercial education/experience or a commercial education, e.g. graduate diploma in business administration, combined with technical insights
  • Either have a technical educational background or documented experience working with technical products – preferably within renewable energy
  • Have the ability to understand the solutions used in the wind turbine industry and easily collaborate with colleagues from our manufacturing sites
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
