This position is responsible for the heavy cleaning operation of all kitchen areas after hours. Responsible for heavy-duty cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, walk-in coolers and freezers, and other heavy kitchen equipment. Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.
