Therefore we are looking for talented IT Operations Engineers for our Core Service Department.



With a direct reference to out Head of Core IT Services, you will become a part of our Core Operations team that is responsible for maintenance, handling of errors and other operational tasks on Kamstrup's internal IT systems and infrastructure. You will become a part of an energetic and skilled team consisting of 6 colleges, that works towards ensuring stable IT solutions in an international organization that works around the clock.



A job with responsibility for optimizing IT operations

In the position as IT Operations Engineer you will become responsible for IT systems and infrastructure solutions, when they transition to the day-to-day operations. Your primary task will be to ensure that the systems are maintained and monitored so they work flawlessly. It is expected that you actively generate ideas for improving the systems and infrastructure. You will work within a technological field that primarily consists of Cisco, VMware and Microsoft technologies – in collaborating with skilled colleagues.

More specifically you will work with:

• Centralized monitoring of IT systems including the handling of alarms and errors
• Incidents and requests based on implemented procedures in the ITSM system
• Maintenance and improvements as a part of change management
• Technical responsibility for the operation and development of selected systems

Personality matters

You have a technical background as a Systems Administrator or similar, and solid experiences with several of the following technologies:

• Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS and Azure
• Microsoft Server operating systems
• Cisco network-infrastructure and products
• VMware
• Solutions for operating PC clients such as WSUS, SCCM or Intune
• Microsoft Office 365 administration
• The setup of monitoring tools

Your profile is most likely characterized by a broad technical skillset and you must have experience in maintaining a complex IT installation. Knowledge of ITIL and experience in operating business-critical systems will also be a requirement. Furthermore, it will be considered an advantage if you have experience with planning and performing systematic maintenance processes.

You have experience in maintenance, why you understand what it takes to run scalable IT solutions. Your ability to create an overview and create structure is prominent which is also reflected in your approach to documentation. As a person you thrive in an outgoing role and with many contacts consisting of both internal employees and external suppliers.



You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.
