JoinJet – Dispatcher / OCC Planner
JoinJet, part of Sundberg Aviation Group, specializes in ad-hoc charter, VIP, shuttle, and ambulance flights worldwide. We are now looking for a dedicated Dispatcher / OCC employee to join our team in Billund. Key Responsibilities Slot coordination and obtaining airport and overflight permissions Arranging handling, fuel, catering, hotels, and related services Price negotiations and ad hoc sales Coordination and planning of VIP and ambulance flights Coordination of aircraft under management, including cost allocation Dispatch/OCC daily operations and flight planning Communication and coordination across departments Ensuring operations comply with all regulations Optimization of fleet utilization Participation in duty roster, including evening and weekend shifts Handling various ad hoc tasks
Profile
You are flexible, responsible, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work independently. You have a positive mindset, are a strong team player, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred)
- Strong IT skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Danish is not required, but considered an advantage
- Other language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay structured in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills, empathetic and outgoing
