IT Support Engineer (m/w)

The Ibanity team - their technology helps you connect to a wide range of financial services from different providers, without the hassle and complexity of integrating separate APIs - has a desk available for an extra colleague who will join as IT Support Engineer. IT support is a critical role for the Ibanity platform and their future success. They are looking for motivated people that are willing to take the customer problems/journey seriously. Being a young business unit within Isabel Group, they are setting up a new support team for our API products. In this role as an IT Support Engineer you are being fully dedicated to support. Your role will look like this:
- Setup the internal support processes for the APIs and developer portals
- Answer technical support requests
- Take ownership of technical issues and work with the software engineering team to solve more advanced issues
- Document troubleshooting and resolution steps
- Engage with the community of partners and developers on the public channels

Skills that can get you a head start:
- Experience working with restful APIs
- Prior experience in technical support
What else are we looking for:
- Strong technical skills if experienced, and huge interest in developing technical skills if you are a junior
- People and customer oriented
- Fluent in English is a must, with good knowledge of Dutch or French
- Teamplayer that enjoys the start up/small company atmosphere
