We are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Manager – Supporting the Iberian market (Spain, Andorra and Portugal) from either one of our Irish offices in Ballycoolin, Dublin or our centre of excellence in Dundalk. The Inside Sales Manager will join a 5-strong team of Inside Sales managers that support the revenue generation for EMEA business for PayPal Global.

Responsibilities:   

This role reports directly to the Inside Sales Director for EMEA

Operational and disciplinary management of a 10 plus strong team of Inside Sales Teammates.

Achieving the sales team’s targets/quotas in terms of new merchants and new revenue as well as productivity targets

Create an environment and culture within the department which supports the year on year increases of sales performance

Build and foster a creative, innovative approach to sales whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Demonstrate a clear understanding of daily, weekly and monthly contractual performance levels across each KPI, showing understanding of any weak area and having clear action plans in place to overcome

Responsible for forecasting, reporting, quota assignments/rollout, and other operational aspects of sales process. Optimizing, managing and operationally implementing PayPal’s business development and sales strategy.

Leading, coaching, training, mentoring and monitoring the sales team so they achieve personal targets and ultimately, team targets

Work closely with direct reports to produce clear development plans for all, aimed at increasing performance levels and building successful succession planning

Maintain sales staff by recruiting, on boarding, and training employees in conjunction with PayPal Training Department, perform employee reviews and evaluations.

Work with peer managers to leverage best practices and provide consistent coaching on sales and operational excellence to drive target achievement.

Conduct one to ones with the direct reports to review results versus targets set and set action plans if required.

Requirements/Experience:   

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals and productivity metrics.

Experience of working in an Outbound Telesales environment as a leader, with evidence of coaching, developing and motivating staff. 

You have a hands-on-mentality and you are an excellent people manager, inspiring people with your drive, energy and enthusiasm.

Following a clear vision and strategy you communicate and lead with a dynamic and convincing attitude.

Strong leadership skills and strong in execution, results driven and proven track record of holding teams accountable for end results
