Cabinet de recrutement nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un ingénieurs ou technicien projeteur revit BIM, pour un poste en  contrat à durée indéterminée basé à Grenoble en France.

Mission : vous développez un sous ensemble dont vous avez la responsabilité au sein d'un projet en respectant les méthodologies CAO/ DAO et les règles métiers dans les temps alloués aux projets (tertiaires, ERP, industriels ...) dans leur spécialité yechnique en intervenant sur les missions suivantes :

Activités :

Réalisation de plans : vous réalisez les dessins techniques en 2D et 3D, concevez les schémas et plans détaillés et produisez les pièces graphiques de synthèse des lots techniques (compilation, analyses, coupes de synthése ...); vous participez à la mise à jour de la bibliothèque technique et contrôlez les pièces graphiques des autres intervenants sur le projet dans le respect des réglementations liées à la construction.

Organisation de la synthèse techniques : vous recueillez les projets des différents corps de métier sous forme de calques de fichier Autocad, vous superposez les calques dans un fichier de synthèse, vous analysez les interfaces entre le corps de métier et repérez les points de conflits et les incohérences afin qu'ils les solutionnent en leur proposant éventuellement des solutions adéquates, vous finalisez et produisez un plan de synthèse que vous présentez lors des réunions. Vous remontez les informationssur les clashs de la maquette numérique aux corps d'états concernés.

Appui techniques aux services de l'entreprise ou aux clients : vous êtes force de proposition et conseillez techniquement le client; vous pouvez être améné à coordonner une équipe.

Reporting divers : vous participez aux réunions d'avancement et rédigez les comptes rendus.

Compétences clés :

  • Maîtrise d'outils CAO/ DAO Revit (Mep, Structure, Architecture, CVC)
  • Connaissnce des normes en vigueur
  • Expertise métiers

Recruitment firm we are looking for one of our clients a engineer or technician projector revives BIM, for a position on permanent contract based in Grenoble in France.



Mission: you develop a sub-set of which you have the responsibility within a project by respecting the CAO/ DAO methodologies and the business rules in the times allocated to the projects (tertiary, ERP, industrial ...) in their technical specialty in intervening on the following missions:



Activities:



Realization of plans: you realize the technical drawings in 2D and 3D, design the detailed drawings and plans and produce the graphic pieces of summary of the technical batches (compilation, analyzes, cuts of synthesis ...); you participate in the update of the technical library and control the graphic parts of other stakeholders on the project in compliance with regulations related to construction.



Organization of the technical synthesis: you collect the projects of the different trades in the form of Autocad file layers, you superimpose the layers in a file of synthesis, you analyze the interfaces between the body of trade and locate the points of conflicts and the inconsistencies so that they solve them by possibly proposing adequate solutions to them, you finalize and produce a summary plan that you present during the meetings. You put the information on the clashes of the digital model back to the relevant state bodies.



Technical support to the services of the company or to the customers: you are force of proposal and advise technically the customer; you can be led to coordinate a team.



Various reporting: you participate in progress meetings and write reports.
