Mission: spécialiste des systèmes automatisés, vous facilitez la production de tous les types de systèmes, en maniant technologies classsiques et programmation informatique.

Activités :

• Rédaction des analyses fonctionnelles : vous réalisez des études de développement d'installations ou de systèmes industriels, sur des process de type " contrôle-commande", de supervision, GTE, GTC, GTB; vous élaborez des spécifications de l'installation automatisée en fonction du cahier des charges, de l'architecture matériel et réseau pour optimiser le meilleur rendement des équipements choisis; vous réalisez des dossiers d'équipement de l'installation automatisée (plan, schémas, notices d'exploitation...).
• Codage et programmation : vous rédigez le script en langage spécifique, maîtrisez les différents style de codage afin d'organiser la programmation, anticipez les régles du script pour éviter l'écriture répétée, renseignez le programme pour illustrer et permettre des modifications par d'autres programmeurs ou l'équipe de maintenance.
• Test et mise en service : vous réalisez les réglages, mises au point ou mises en serviced'installations, modifiez les équipements selon l'évolution des normes; vérifiez le programmed'automatisation par une série de tets sur plateforme d'essais, en atelier, sur site; vous présentez des spécificités techniques aux clients ou aux utilisateurs et les accompagner dans la prise en main de l'équipement.
• Supervision : vous faites de l'imagerie, utilisez vos capacités artistiques pour pouvoir illustrer schématiquement le process industriel d'un site en fonction des capacités de l'outil; vous avez la capacité à valider un fonctionnement ou un avancement par rapport à une ligne théorique.
• Formation : vous formez les utilisateurs aux nouveaux programmes.

Mission: specialist of automated systems, you facilitate the production of all types of systems, by handling classics technologies and computer programming.



Activities:

•     Writing of functional analyzes: you carry out studies of development of installations or industrial systems, on processes of the "control-command" type, of supervision, GTE, GTC, GTB; you develop specifications of the automated installation according to the specifications, the hardware and network architecture to optimize the best performance of the selected equipment; you realize equipment files of the automated installation (plan, diagrams, operating instructions ...).
•     Coding and programming: you write the script in specific language, master the different coding style to organize the programming, anticipate the rules of the script to avoid repeated writing, fill the program to illustrate and allow modifications by others programmers or the maintenance team.
•     Test and commissioning: you make adjustments, debugging or commissioning of installations, modify the equipment according to changes in standards; check the automation program with a series of test platform tets, in the workshop, on site; you present technical specificities to the customers or the users and accompany them in the grip of the equipment.
•     Supervision: you do imagery, use your artistic abilities to be able to illustrate schematically the industrial process of a site according to the capacities of the tool; you have the ability to validate an operation or an advancement compared to a theoretical line.
•     Training: You train users in new programs.
