HUAWEI TECH Telecommunications Engineer - Technical Support

You will be responsible for management of EU Bidding Department in Huawei Tech. Portugal, including Product and technical management, also customer management.
Responsibilities: 1. Product and technical management for Huawei European Regional Office. Builds and maintains customer relationships that lead to and support for technical issues. 2. Primary customer interface for all aspects of technical support activities, to include account qualification, technical meeting, scheme management, pre & post support and long term customer satisfaction. 3. Coordinates additional resources as needed and appropriate. 4. Build an effective technical management process with complete functions. 5. Lead and train employees for technical skills based on PBC, and improve KPI of EU Regional Division.
Qualifications: ¿ Language: Excellent level of Chinese and English written and spoken is mandatory ¿ At least 5 years of work experience in a multinational company with HQ in China is mandatory, with relevant position in a finance department ¿ Educational degree: Bachelor above ¿ Specialization: Related to international network build, technical support, business/process management ¿ Work experience: 8 years of experience in technical management in multinational enterprises Knowledge and skills: ¿ Ability for network plan, optimization, site installation, transmission, integration and so on. ¿ Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and written in English ¿ Knowledge of technical, PO, installation, product specification and requirement design. ¿ Solid experience of Huawei HQ, Regional and Rep Office processes: mandatory ¿ Flexible to travel in Portugal, Europe and Asia: mandatory
