Business Context:

The group HR processes and systems are supported by a team reporting the CIO of ‘Global and Corporate IT Services. This team is building and maintaining the systems for organizational management, personnel administration, recruitment, learning, competence management, HR Business intelligence, ….

Till now most of these processes are supported by a SAP HCM system. This will be extended in the near future by a cloud-based HR talent suite.

Purpose/mission of the role

HR Talent Suite Specialist

As ‘HR Talent Suite Specialist’ you will take a leading role in the world-wide implementation of the HR Talent Suite. You support the HR teams in harmonizing their processes not only with the target to harmonize but also with the target to introduce best practices so that they can be supported by the best in class Cloud HCM Suites.

The target is to implement an HCM talent suite for administration teams in big and small production sites, from blue-collar to top levels.

You give the functional input to the configuration specialists, test the results and organize the change management. You should be the ‘glue’ between the different project teams and take care about respecting group policies and the technical implementation rules.

Following the trends in the world of HR digitalization (e.g. mobile solutions, paperless, external services, social networking, data analytics, … ) you are able to proactively anticipate on the needs of your ‘customers’.

In your role as ‘HR Talent Suite Specialist’ you also coordinate the configuration of the HCM talent suite in collaboration with the team members and coordinate external implementation partners.

As a ‘HR Talent Suite Specialist’ you respect the rules concerning privacy and handle confidential information accordingly

Furthermore, you create a worldwide network with HR professionals and you will participate in existing councils for Recruitment, Leadership Development and Learning to enable their digitalization ambition.

Role will require travel to other AM entities



Requirements:

Education: Master

Minimum Language Proficiency:  Advanced English

Location of work: Luxembourg

Essential competencies: 

Understanding of key manufacturing processes in sales, procurement, finance and production.

Project management methodologies.

Application architecture and design.

Business process definition.

Change management including organization of training.

Excellent communication skills

Customer oriented

Experience Requirements:

At least 10 years in HR processes (operational or process design). This can be an experience as specialist in one of the HR processes or as HR generalist.

A general interest in IT or proven IT skills are required to be able to dig into the details of the talent suite tools to have a maximum level of added value for the company

An international mindset is a requirement respecting all cultures and diversity in the group.

Job based in Ghent, part of OneHRIS team, will report to the head of the Group HR applications (Marc Van Uytvanck)
