Be able.

  • You check the rooms and public areas after cleaning and make sure that everything meets our high standards
  • You see when something is broken or missing and forward this directly to the responsible colleagues via our own app
  • You take care of guests' concerns or requests from reception
  • You let them know when free rooms are ready for the guest

  • You are a passionate host & your heart beats for the hotel industry 
  • You want to grow together with us and learn something new every day 
  • A wrong order, extra requests or complex inquiries? You keep a cool head!You have completed training as a hotel manager or have experience in a similar position  
  • Your communicative nature distinguishes you - in German as well as in English
