Mission: Represent the first point of contact with hotel/resort guests
Department: Reception & Concierge
- Perform check-in and check-out;
- Confirm client reservations;
- Assign rooms and activate keys;
- Process all types of payments, such as room charges, debit, or credit;
- Answer calls, requests, questions, or concerns from guests;
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department to prepare rooms for check-in;
- Provide guests with all necessary guidance and information about the property;
- Prepare daily check-in and check-out reports;
- Identify special guest requests and anticipate their needs.
Exigences professionnelles
- Previous experience in Front Office;
- Availability to work night shifts;
- Completion of 12th year of education;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Teamwork spirit.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Atout
Knowledge of the PMS Opera system (preferably).
Professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar)
