HELPDESK - The profile is an advanced helpdesker/Sysadmin with experience in Asset management
Your mission:
- Workstation provisioning with SCCM, phone installation
- Management of stock, material in maintenance, inventory management for invoicing,…
- Leaver/newcomer management (AD, Messaging, Acces management,..)
- ITIL experience (Certification is better)
- Experience with Mobile (Iphone, Ironport,…)
- Basic on Microsoft server
- Sharepoint experience
- PowerShell to create Script
Your profile:
- Language French/English (and German if possible)
- Autonomous
- Rigorous and experiences with ITSM tools as ServiceNow
- Reactif and proactive
- Good writer to answer clearly to users
- Able to write technical procedure – Organised
