JOB DESCRIPTION: - Being responsible for HW related functional safety topics - Performing FMEDAs, FTAs and FMEAs - Working on HW related safety concepts - Support the internal and external safety managers for HW related topics - Finding measures with the HW design team to reduce the risks to an acceptable level - Being the interface with suppliers and customers for safety related HW topics - Identification and helping to implement all necessary design changes - Participating in design reviews with peers and technical specialists YOUR SKILLS: - Background in circuit design and simulation - Being familiar with FMEA's and FMEDA's - Being familiar with the Functional safety norm ISO 26262 - Experience in design tools such as PSpice or Python is an advantage - A structured and independent method of working - The ability to analyze and solve complex problems - Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French are strong assets DIPLOMA: A university degree in electrical engineering
