Mauritzberg is a lovely four-star resort in a breathtaking environment at the Swedish east coast, 140 km south of Stockholm. It consists of a Manor House from the 16th century where the hotel is situated, lodge villas and other accommodation options surrounded by golf courses and the Baltic Sea. It includes various restaurants, conferences & celebrations facilities, tennis and padel courts and a big gym.

General conditions

• We offer contracts of more than six months from April to October. Our high season extends from mid-May to mid-September. 
• Couples are welcome! One of you could work in housekeeping or maintenance at the resort, if not in any of the above professions
• Accommodation is offered in well-equipped studio apartments measuring 33 m2, with geothermal heating and solar panels to ensure sustainability and low operating costs. You pay 1950 SEK/month, couples pay 2600SEK, including heating and internet. Electricity not included. Have a look Accommodations (bookvisit.com)
• Driving licences is recommended. The resort is located 8 km from the nearest bus stop and grocery store, emphasizing the importance of personal mobility.
• English is required so you can communicate in your daily work
• Paid by the hour, in high season it could get up to 200hours/month

• Experience of golf course work, farming, park work or similar is a merit
• Task includes lawn mowing, grass trimming and other maintenance on the golf course
• It’s a plus if you play golf yourself, as it creates an understanding of the work on a golf course

• Flexible hours: shift work, can start very early (around 5:30h) or end late at evening
• Full-time 40hours/week, including weekends. During high season it can get up to 200hours/month and can get less before and after. This we will discuss during interview.
• Salary: 130-145 SEK/hour, plus holiday pay 12%
