Our graduate programme has been carefully structured so that you can gain experience in each of these manufacturing technologies with full involvement in all operational and strategic aspects of the business including production, quality assurance, engineering and product development. The programme will expose you to real projects and challenges faced in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Supported by your appointed mentor you will learn from feedback, coaching and training sessions, provided on a continuous basis.

The programme will also ensure you have the unique opportunity to develop a working knowledge of production technologies plus gain experience of working in a manufacturing environment which is fully accredited to international standards.

Exigences professionnelles

You will hold at least a 2:1 honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and have an interest in developing your skills in this critical specialism.

You will be supported in CPD learning and encouraged to become chartered.
