Sitecore is looking for a Business Operations Manager to assist the VP Enablement Services in leading and shaping the strategical direction for the Consulting Business in Sitecore. Your role and ability to drive change will be key for the continued improvement of our consulting business.





We are looking for someone who can grasp complicated and often ambiguous issues, navigate raw data to find the real drivers and explain complex problems in an understandable way. You must be able to think both strategically and tactically, devise and execute a plan that breaks problems down into manageable action items, and define and measure KPIs.

Role Summary:

•Responsible for effectively managing the service operations by controlling billing hours, defining KPI´s and forecasting in close collaboration with sales

•Identify and capture opportunities for improvement

•Own and develop the PSA (Professional Services Automation) system to handle and align the increasing number of service engagements around the world

•Gathering data about project progress, resource usage, financials, and producing reports

•Developing and governing standards and processes

•Work closely with Finance, Sales Operations and regional leaders on Services positioning and operations

•Reporting on financial information such as Services P&L`s, contribution margins, and ROI`s

•Act as CRM responsible for Services

•Second point of contact for Finance, HR and Services



The successful candidate will be:

•Experienced business professional from a Consulting oriented business and with multi-disciplinary experience background

•Open, confident communicator effective at senior levels of engagement

•Strong analytical skills and project management

•Ability to interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

•Adapt at change management

•Degree in Business or Finance



Location: Preferably close to our Copenhagen office, but for the right candidate arrangements can be made.
