GENERAL SERVICES AND LOGISTICS INTERNSHIP Ref. MI/100658
The Department of Chemistry OF a University in Milan is looking for a candidate to join an internship program in the role of General Services and Logistics Assistant.
You will be part of the Logistics Unit and will have the opportunity to support the team in the management, security, and organization of departmental spaces. In particular, you will contribute to the following activities:
• Supporting operations related to the department's transfer to a campus
• Assisting the department's management manager in coordinating general and logistics services, interacting constantly with the various organizational units.
• Supporting the safety coordinator in drafting the procedures necessary for the activation and management of the new building.
• Collaborating with the Prevention and Protection Service Officers (ASPP) in activities related to the Department's safety management system.
Thanks to the internship, you will have the opportunity to acquire techniques and skills in the field of safety management and control of general and logistical services in the structures of a complex organization such as a Chemistry Department.
Il Dipartimento di Chimica di un’università di Milano è alla ricerca di una figura da inserire in un percorso di stage nel ruolo di General Services and Logistic Assistant.
Entrerai a far parte della Unit Logistica e avrai la possibilità di affiancare il team nella attività di gestione, sicurezza e organizzazione degli spazi dipartimentali. In particolare, potrai offrire il tuo contributo nelle seguenti attività:
• Supporto alle operazioni connesse di trasferimento del Dipartimento a un nuovo campus
• Affiancamento al Responsabile Gestionale del Dipartimento nel coordinamento dei servizi generali e logistici, con interazione costante con le diverse Unità Organizzative;
• Supporto al Coordinatore della Sicurezza nella redazione delle procedure necessarie per l’attivazione e la gestione del nuovo edificio;
• Collaborazione con gli Addetti al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (ASPP) nelle attività legate al sistema di gestione della sicurezza del Dipartimento.
Grazie al percorso di stage, avrai modo di acquisire tecniche e competenze nell’ambito della gestione della sicurezza e del controllo dei servizi generali e logistici delle Strutture di una organizzazione complessa come un Dipartimento di Chimica.
IDEAL PROFILE: High school diploma, good knowledge of English. Good knowledge of the Office suite (preferable)
PROFILO IDEALE: Diploma , buona conoscenza lingua Inglese. Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (preferibile).
