About the Position

You will take part of defining and implementing the processes for the QC LabWare LIMS System. In your daily work you will be a member of the site QC LabWare LIMS System Administrator group but also have a global network with colleagues in the US and UK. The LIMS Administrator group currently consist of three members in Denmark and two external consultants and is expanding due to increased responsibilities and workload related to the ongoing major site expansion at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) Denmark and upgrade to LIMS v. 8.

The LIMS Administrator team is responsible for configuration of basic and advanced LabWare objects (builds) such as specifications, analyses, calculations in LIMS. You will have a role in build and/or review of the objects made in LabWare for implementation in QC under cGMP. Being part of a support organization within QC the LIMS Administrator Group also have a strong focus on end-user interaction to help create strong solutions as well as working together as a team. FDBD is a dynamic workplace with many new customers and products and is working towards having a  “State of the art” LIMS systems to support QC and the site.

Primary Tasks

When working at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark you will, besides from the tasks listed below, onboard new customers and products to the site, build a network across QC and FDBD, support our site expansion project, and assist in finding new and innovative ways of working smarter in a complex everyday life.  

Your primary tasks will be but not limited to:

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts to define and document new or revised LabWare requirements
• Configuration of basic and advanced LabWare LIMS objects including, but not limited to: Specifications, Analyses, Batch Templates, Test list, QC samples, Calculations, Format Calculations and Various Templates (Stability, Sample Login, Standards and Reagents)
• Execute qualification or verification testing to support final implementation of LabWare configuration additions/revisions
• Maintain and, if necessary, repair configuration objects within Labware LIMS
• Support in Creating queries to support business requirements
• Provides training to new and current employees as needed 
• Support the definition and implementation of more efficient processes around LIMS change management
• Communicate project status, issues, schedule and accomplishments to management and stakeholder groups

Qualifications and Education

• Solid understanding of GMP / GLP guidelines with +4 years of experience in GMP environment
• Solid experience in LIMS administration or equivalent related training and experience with defining, documenting and revising LIMS requirements and builds.
• Advanced knowledge of LabWare LIMS (current version 6 but upgrade to Version 8 in progress)
• Relevant educational background in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, IT or equivalent
• Fluency in English is required as we are an international company.
