We are looking for aggressive - people to people- sales professionals to join our new international project.

Successful candidates must be able to thrive in an environment that requires a strong desire to be the best in their vertical. To succeed you must be a person who thrives in a fast paced, competitive, constantly changing industry. You must be an individual who is driven by obtaining personal goals. Under limited supervision, Sales Representatives will call provided customers, with a main focus on verifying and passing leads to sales group. Sales personnel will profile all contacts within the new leads. 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Will use the provided database to call new leads for the purpose of developing a buying relationship. All Sales Representatives will be evaluated on their ability to meet Lead quotas and profile targets, developing accounts and quickly producing leads.

•Sales Representatives will be tasked with increasing leads within their assigned vertical, initiating daily contact with their potential clients via telephone and e-mail and introducing these clients to the Facebook product line

•All contacts with potential clients must be documented for the purpose of evaluating the database. Process leads that meet the requirements set by the client and forward to the client's fulfillment location

•Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics. The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company's core values.

-Salary: 18.000€ gross/year+ 4000€ gross/year in bonus

Requirements:

-Native or fluent level of French+ fluent English
•Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
•Superior listening skills.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Self starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
•Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment.
•Detail and follow up oriented.
•Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred.
•Minimum 1 year solid sales experience in B2B
•Proven sales track record.
