Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant (French/Portuguese) for a client located in the Lisbon.

Role Description:

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media responses;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot potential issues related to phone calls, email inquiries, chats, video calls, and social media interactions;
  • Log and escalate incidents following client procedures;
  • Provide customer support services in a foreign language;
  • Perform tasks required within the scope of Contact Center operations.
Exigences professionnelles

Previous experience in similar roles;
Organization and methodical work approach;
Sense of responsibility, organization, and dynamism;
Proficiency in the French and Portuguese language.
