Job description

-Project piping - follow up pipefitters from A to Z in team with tig welders - pipefitters on site at industrial customers

-Tig welding of industrial pipes

-Pipe fitter of industrial pipes

-This in industrial environments, factories active in the food sector, chemicals, metal, etc.

Job-related competences

-Coordinate the activities of a team

-Execute welding work according to a process: Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG)

-Make a mould for pipe elements (dimensional, geometric, etc.)

-Conducting pipe connections, splices or vents

-Prepare and adjust fittings, welds and screw joints

-Cutting out elements and bringing them into the correct shape and dimensions by folding, bending, cutting torches, etc.

-Registering data for production and quality monitoring (faults, interventions, etc.)

-Pre-assembling, connecting and fixing pipes and fittings (sections, fittings, bends, etc.)

-Making repairs or changes to pipes (cleaning, dismantling parts, cutting sections, etc.)

-Determine the operations to be carried out and the materials and elements required on the basis of technical files, plans, etc.

-Conduct checks for which training or attestation is required: Leak tightness

-Check the leak tightness of the sections, pipe and installation and make the necessary adjustments

-Working with materials: Inox

-Working on types of pipes: Low pressure pipes

-Working with materials: Ferrous metals (cast iron, steel, etc.)

-Notating sizes and dimensions on materials and performing necessary markings

-Working on types of pipes: Large-diameter pipes

-Working on types of pipes: High pressure pipes

-Recording changes to an installation (elements to be removed, added and replaced)

-Drawing up or modifying plans (dimensioning, positioning, etc.)

Profile

-Pipefitter with no less than 5 years' experience

-Independent follow-up of projects from start-up to piping completion, on site at our industrial customers.

-Working in a team with tig welders - pipe fitters.

-Good relationship with customers and team.

-Fine communicator.
