Description de l’offre d’emploi
- Provide excellent service to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and expertly served food and beverage experience
- Establish personal guest contact and promote feedback to improve at all times.
- Proactively anticipate our guests needs
- Maintain a high standard of communication with all departments
- Prepare the outlet ready for service according to our standard operating procedure
- Maintain a high standard of communication with all departments across Hogs Head Golf Club
- Serving drinks, advising on nightly food specials, taking orders, serving tables, clearing and resetting tables
- After Service entire clean of restaurant and service area and reset for breakfast
Exigences professionnelles
- Previous Experience in Food & Beverage outlets desirable
- Demonstrate experience in improving guest satisfaction
- Ability to work part of a team environment
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Hands on person
- Ability to work on your own imitative and multi task efficiently
