F&B Assistants
Responsibilities:
· Service of food and beverage : Grill Bar & Banqueting
· Deal with payments for guests
· Carry out set up duties
· Carry out cleaning duties
· Meet and greet guests on arrival
· Up sell of products and services
· Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in food and beverage
· Adhere to department standard operating procedures at all times
Criteria:
· Must have experience in hotel/hospitality, bar and restaurant in a food and beverage environ - min 2 yrs
· Have good communication and excellent presentation skills
· Be a strong team player
· Obtain the ability to up sell to guests
· Excellent customer care skills with a strong focus on excellence
· All candidates must be available to work both morning and evening shifts.
