Experienced Process Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, results-driven Process Engineer who will provide technical support for a biological process manufacturing facility which includes new products, optimizing existing process, and designing new technologies. As a Process Engineer at our Beveren-Leie (Waregem) location, you will be part of a team responsible for hands-on development of biological production processes, providing technical support which will involve monitoring process performance, troubleshooting and problem solving, as well as capital project support and equipment design.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving technical improvements for processes through collaboration with in-house teams to monitor and manage critical process performance in the facility, taking care of operations, maintenance, and quality

• Supporting new product and technology introductions

• Monitoring and reporting on process performance, product cost, and operational logistics as well as developing technical assumptions and costs for annual budget

• Designing and developing operations, equipment, process, and methods

• Troubleshooting, problem solving and proactive support
