Our client focuses on engineering, production, assembly and maintenance of steel constructions, turn-key projects and industrial plants for process engineering. Our client also focuses on automated production of composite beams; Top Hat Q-beam, THQa-beam, castellated beams and cellular beams. The constant delivery reliability, high quality requirements and flexibility have been the basis for the rapid growth of the company. Due to this tremendous growth our client is looking for a fulltime Engineer Steel Constructions.
Job profile
As the engineer, you will be responsible for the elaboration of the workplace and layout drawings for implementation in production and assembly. Drawing programs Tekla and Strucad must be used to elaborate these drawings. Another task is surveying of existing situations. As engineer, you will also be responsible for the order lists, CAD data for workplace equipment, assembly drawings and as built drawings.
Job requirements
- Higher Vocational Education
- Experience in the steel industry is required;
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel;
- Knowledge of 3D engineering systems for steel construction industry;
- Knowledge and experience with drawing programs Tekla and Strucad;
- High level of independence;
- Stress resistant, strong communication skills and a high level of flexibility;
- Possession of VCA certificate is a benefit;
- English or German language skills are required.
