Duty Manager

The Hastings Everglades Hotel is currently seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates for a Duty manager. Reporting directly to the General Manger, this is a management position responsible for the day to day running of hotel operations.

Key Duties:

• Providing an efficient and professional guest service in line with Hasting standards across all departments as needed.
• Ensuring effective work allocation, prioritisation, training and development, health & Safety and welfare of staff.
• Addressing escalated guest enquiries and concerns.
• Devising work rotas and completing wage information as required.

Essential Requirements:

• High level of computer literacy, to include all Microsoft office application.
• Excellent people management, leadership, coaching and motivation skills.
