  • Represent Procurement and Supplier Quality in cross-functional networks to share best practices, align ways of working, and help the organization operate smarter and deliver greater impact.
  • Track and analyze performance through KPIs and audits, using insights to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
  • Support global reviews and audits to ensure processes comply with internal and external standards.
  • Leverage your skills in digital tools, data analysis, and process design to simplify complex workflows and increase efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • A relevant educational background within engineering, quality, procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience with supplier complaint handling, qualifying supplier parts, and developing strong supplier performance.
  • Knowledge of how to develop and implement business processes in a global organization.
  • Confidence in using tools like SAP, Power BI, and SharePoint, turning data into clear, fact-based decisions.
  • A structured and collaborative working style, explaining the ‘why’ behind changes and driving continuous improvements across teams and cultures.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about - we think they’re pretty great.
