A 4PL platform developed by logistics professionals to simplify and accelerate operations, delivering greater efficiency and profitability is searching for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST. Main responsabilities: Providing top-tier customer service via phone, email, and other channels; Proactively resolving issues; Placing orders with logistics companies; Communicating with delivery drivers and other partners; Collaborating with the sales department and other teams.

Exigences professionnelles
  • A minimum level V. education,   
  • fluent knowledge of English
  • professional communication with customers.
