Customer Support in German - Lisbon/Hybrid

Are you a German fluent candidate, that lives in Lisbon and would love to work with client attention to a major betting and online gambling / entertainment company?
Are you also looking for a permanent contract, without term at all?
In this role you will provide support to clients of the German market via chat, e-mail and telephone, and will also keep in touch with different areas of the company to provide the best online entertainment experience possible to the customers!
This is a full-time job, made in a hybrid model - you will work some days in the office (Parque das Nações, next to FIL/Vasco da Gama/Oriente) and some days from your home!
The team is very dynamic and is active all days of the week - so you must be available to work with rotational shifts, from Monday to Sunday, in the time-frame between 6am until 10pm.

- Full-time job from Monday to Sunday, 8h shift made in the working window between 6am and 10pm (must have availability to take a shift at any time inside of the working window)

- Base salary of 22.000,00€ gross per year (split in 14 months)
