Customer Consultant with Swedish and Norwegian
Your most important tools on this position will be: phone, chat and e-mail as well as internal developed tools. Key tasks are: communicating with customers about innovative programs and services, assistance in the further development of our Client’s products by feedback to the product department, software quality assurance, and preparation of articles to the forum pages, Frequently Asked Questions, etc. You will perform all these tasks with ease once you are outgoing and positive, and working in a team in an educational environment is your goal.
Your profile:
- previous experience in customer care
- fluent Swedish and good Norwegian
- ability to handle several tasks at the same time, and that you have control over your workflow under pressure
- enthusiastic entrepreneur who finds challenges in helping clients
- an initiator personality
