CRM Manager
Flexible in Europe, preferably Nordborg or Denham
Are you able to use your exhaustive experience in CRM tools (SalesForce) and your business understanding to assist a global sales organisation in achieving great results? Would you fit into a small team of highly skilled colleagues, who succeed in working in close cooperation although being spread widely over Europe? Then you could be our new CRM Manager in Sales Excellence, Danfoss Heating (DHS). You will preferably work from Nordborg/Vejle DK or Denham UK, but if you are the right person for the position, the location is less important. The position entails approx. 20-30 travelling days per year.
Key position with room to manoeuvre
As CRM Manager, your overall mission will be to create and provide the right information in the right time and design to enable your colleagues in Sales to make the best decisions and find the best way to use the resources. You will work in close cooperation with the Sales Excellence CRM team. You will analyse and prioritise the business requirements coming from HDS and regions (e.g. business activities, reporting level, tools and templates). Your main responsibilities will be to: •Create and improve sales and marketing data transparency in DHS •Reduce efforts within the sales organisation regarding the use of SalesForce •Support CRM implementation of growth initiatives (e.g. My Pipeline and Sales Transformation) •Help DHS and regions to ensure an efficient and business-oriented use of CRM tools •Create and implement standard reports and dashboards for regional activities needed by HDS and region based on an aligned prioritisation •Create and implement additional analysis to enable monitoring and steering •Drive and support the implementation of specific KPIs •Support introduction and maintenance of new CRM tools (My Pipeline, integration of marketing cloud etc.) •Act as an interface to relevant Corporate Functions’ adjacent systems (e.g. SAP BW) •Support CRM and e-Business integration An extrovert CRM nerd with sterling communication skills You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree, combined with knowledge from direct sales. You know SAP/Business Warehouse, and have solid business understanding and experience within sales. Experience with Indirect Sales Pipeline & Campaigns in SalesForce will be considered an advantage. You hold expertise in CRM tools, functionalities and capabilities, and you know how to transfer business needs into the CRM system. You are able to define and implement adaptations in the CRM system (within standard system functionality), and you are capable of training leaders and employees in creating and using reports & dashboards.
On a more personal note, you have strong communication skills, whether it is direct communication, by Skype/phone or in writing, and also across cultural and organisational differences. You have the personal authority to influence people in a matrix organisation, and your engagement and dedication is an inspiration to others. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must for this position.
