Main tasks:
- Food preparation, cooking.
- Storing foodstuffs.
- Assistance with menu creation.
- Keeping kitchen areas and utensils clean and orderly.
- Handling waste, packaging and kitchen linen.
- Following and implementing work-related trends.
- Keeping records.
- Other appropriate tasks as assigned.
Educational level:
- Upper secondary vocational education. Educational field: Hotels, restaurants and catering.
Work experience:
- 6 months.
- Candidates with education in other field 24 months work experiences.
Language skills:
- Basic English - A2.
- Basic Slovenian or Croatian desired.
Competency:
- Preserves impeccable personal hygiene standards and has a tidy appearance
- Team work
- Systematic, detail oriented, reliable.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Creative.
- Problem solving ability.
- Manual dexterity.
Responsible for:
- Customer satisfaction.
- Prompt reaction in case of discrepancy with standards.
- Completing tasks professionally, safely and on time.
- Economical use of resources.
