We are looking for a Cook A' to join our team!!

• We are looking to hire an experienced cook to work in the hotel restaurant for the summer 2026 season. 

You will be responsible for the kitchen and to make food to all our guests, Local food and Greek traditional food. Your tasks:

• Responsible for the kitchen good operation with all team
• Assistant to the Chef
• Responsible for lunch and dinner servings
• Responsible for HACCP
• Menu planning together with the chef,  hosts/managers.
• Freedom to express oneself on the menu (in addition to regular's favourites)
• The candidate must have full knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean to produce tasteful plates with Greek flavors and select Mediterranean flavors.
• Additionally, the candidate must be able to work with a team spirit and collaborate with fellow workers to achieve a great final result according to the targets set by hotel management.

• Experience as a cook A' for 3 years minimum
• Can work independently and take initiative,
• Cleanliness and HACCP consciousness
• Language: English (high  level)
• EU or EFTA citizenship, or valid work permit for Greece.
