About the role:
Cook C’ is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of food for guests and staff under the supervision of the Head Chef.
- Prepares food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner
- An emphasis on precision and advanced organizational skills
- Practices sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction
- Have knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful
