Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our established recipes and standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following our recipes and portion sizes.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of perishable items.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials, considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of culinary techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
