The successful candidate will strongly support the Executive Chef, will be an expert in kitchens and will be passionate about creating recipes guest will remember.

Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, following quality and presentation standards
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
  • Keep a sanitized and a tidy environment in the kitchen
  • Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
  • Estimateand communicate daily production needs
  • Demonstrate proper and safe usage of all kitchen equipment
  • Haveknowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to foodpreparation, receiving, storage and sanitation

Exigences professionnelles

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a Chef De Partie in an 5*hotel
  • A culinary degree
  • Good hygiene knowledge and HACCP Standards
  • Ability to speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English
  • Strong computer skills
  • High energy, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills and interpersonal skills
