To join our Team, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

Requirements:

- Higher Education in Engineering (Industrial Management, Electrotechnical, Electric or other relevant engineering area);

- Experience in Lean Manufacturing - implementation of Lean tools and in the productive processes;

- Proactive, motivated an resilient profile;

- Decision making and autonomy skills;

- Ability for analytical reasoning;

- Strategic and critical capacity, combined with team work on the Shopfloor;

- Fluency in English.

 

Responsibilities:

- Support the Continuous Improvement tasks of all Departments;

- Organize and assess Continuous Improvement events and workshops;

- Planning and implementation of Lean tools;

- Propose, implement and follow improvement actions.
