CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - REF. MI/99998
The candidate, working for a commercial real estate company, will be responsible for managing and directing the project team throughout the entire construction process, from start to finish, for one or more projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring safety on site and managing the assigned construction sites, as well as being responsible for and supervising environmental management on site, with particular reference to assessing environmental impact and related mitigation measures and waste management on site.
La risorsa, per società Commercial Real Estate, si occuperà di gestione e direzione team di progetto durante tutto processo di costruzione, dall'avvio fino al completamento finale, di uno o più progetti, a garanzia della soddisfazione finale cliente, monitoraggio sicurezza nelle attività di cantiere e gestione commessa per i cantieri assegnati, responsabilità e supervisione gestione ambientale nelle attività di cantiere con particolare riferimento a valutazione impatti ambientali e relative misure di mitigazione e gestione dei rifiuti in cantiere.
IDEAL PROFILE: A degree in Architecture or Engineering is essential, as is three years' experience in managing civil engineering projects worth between €0.5 million and €3.0 million, experience in all aspects of the construction process, knowledge of the construction/civil engineering/electrical and mechanical systems sector, negotiation skills, work planning and scheduling skills, experience in construction site accounting and administration, good use of Microsoft Project and Autocad, good knowledge of English, at least level B1.
PROFILO IDEALE: Indispensabile laurea in Architettura o Ingegneria, esperienza triennale nella gestione di progetti relativi a opere civili per un valore compreso tra €0,5M e €3,0M, esperienza in tutti gli aspetti del processo di costruzione, conoscenza settore edilizia/opere civili/impianti elettrici e meccanici, capacità di negoziazione, competenze di pianificazione e programmazione lavori, esperienza in contabilità e amministrazione di cantiere, buon uso Microsoft Project e Autocad, buona conoscenza lingua inglese, almeno liv. B1
