Commis Chefs
The Person:
We are looking to recruit a friendly, dedicated individual who will quickly fit in with the team environment in our Kitchens Department. You will be passionate about food, with keen attention to detail. You will be someone who strives to provide consistently excellent food for bar and restaurant settings. You will be looking for an environment in which to learn and to develop your skills/increase your experience.
Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant experience at Commis level
- Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering exemplary service
- Ability to work/multi-task in a fast-paced environment, as part of a team
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skill in the Kitchen
- HACCP or food safety qualification
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- In conjunction with the Executive Team, to ensure the consistent, smooth running of food service
- Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guests' expectations with every dish
- To ensure effective stock control
- To ensure that cleanliness and food safety is adhered at all times - HACCP Management
- Assist in other Kitchens, as required
