Description de l’offre d’emploi
- You organise the commercial activities in major projects from the development to the completion phase and are responsible for controlling
- You will review contractual terms and conditions in collaboration with the legal department, minimise risks and exploit opportunities in negotiations
- You will independently conduct legally binding correspondence, clarify escalations and seek solution-orientated compromises with contractual partners
- You create and monitor the liquidity plan, track payment flows and enforce justified claims
- You document critical construction processes and manage customer complaints
- You promote transparency within the team, scrutinise project strategies and actively maintain customer and supplier relationships
Exigences professionnelles
- Completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering, business administration, civil engineering) or comparable qualification with commercial training and at least 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry
- Committed, solution-orientated, team player, self-motivated
- Organised, business fluent, communicative, customer-oriented, flexible and willing to travel
- Sound knowledge of construction law, construction site processes and construction schedules, ideally experience with alternative contract types
