Civil Supervisor

Star Specialists is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil and structural activities on oil & gas and petrochemical EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure the execution of civil work aligns with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership role within a dynamic project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Oversee site preparation, excavation, concrete work, and structural installations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring quality work is completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in accordance with HSE standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Resolve on-site issues and address any technical challenges that may arise during construction.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of civil works.
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and resource tracking.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in civil construction within the oil & gas or petrochemical EPC sectors.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, including earthworks, foundation work, and structural steel erection.
• Experience working on large-scale industrial projects with tight deadlines and complex requirements.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong focus on safety and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently on-site.
