Dromoland Castle. Full Time Chef de Partie / Full Time Demi Chef / Demi Chef Pastry / Commis Pastry. In conjunction with the Head Chef the ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Smooth running in all aspects of the kitchen. To prepare and produce food to standard and in a fast-paced environment. Opening and closing procedures of the Kitchen. Maintaining a high level of personal and operative hygiene. Adhering to Food Hygiene and HACCP systems already in place. To assist in other sections of the Resort’s Kitchens when required. Candidates need to meet the following criteria: - Have 3rd level qualification. Have previous kitchen experience in each of the roles. Have a level of high service standards that are the expectations of guests. Must be focused on standards with excellent attention to detail. Motivation: - Accommodation can be provided as part of your contractual agreement with this role. Full Training is provided and work with a team of professionals.
