YOUR TASKS
- is responsible for attending to guests at the restaurant and bar areas
- ensures that service runs perfectly
- is responsible for directing and supervising the active workers and apprentices at the restaurant
- takes care of room service orders and ensures that service is carried out properly
- complies with mandatory HACCP policies
- optimizes sales in the restaurant area by means of upselling
YOUR PROFILE
- at least 1 year of work experience in the service sector
- completed hospitality / gastronomy vocational training
- excellent German or English skills; additional languages are desirable
- professional appearance and a confident demeanor
- impeccable manners; enjoys interacting with guests
- strong service and quality orientation
- genuine, compelling, and engaging demeanor
- a can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality; highly engaged
