 
                            CHEF DE PARTIE
The candidate, for a restaurant located in a luxury accommodation facility, will be responsible for the preparation of dishes following established recipes as the person in charge of the assigned section, coordinating the Commis in relation to their activities, and taking part in the management of orders in cooperation with the manager.
At least 2 years of experience in the same role in 5-star and/or chain hotels is required, as well as excellent knowledge of Tuscan cuisine, organization, and reliability.
Availability to work on shifts and on holidays is required.
 
A driver's license and your own vehicle to reach the workplace are required.
Fixed-term contract offered for the 2026 tourist season with the possibility of annual renewal/extension/conversion to permanent contract, full time, CCNL Tourism.
