Do you have experience organizing travel? For a local travel agency, we are looking for a BusinessTravel Specialist.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role and in structured contexts, such as travel agencies or incoming tour operators.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create itineraries, estimate of costs with suppliers throughout Italy

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel, including hotels, transfers, guides and private activities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a tailored service.

• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions and industry news.

• Handle requests and resolve any issues during the travel process.

 

Exigences professionnelles

Software knowledge: Amadeus Reservation System, SIAP Backoffice, Booking.com, Expedia, Goglobal, Microsoft Excel.

Availability for travel in Italy and abroad.

Excellent analytical skills, precision and attention to detail, flexibility and organizational skills, respect for times and deadlines will be appreciated.
