Mission: Ensure the reception of guests according to the standards of quality and consistency of service, for luxory resort.

Job Summary:

  • Receive and greet the guest in a polite and warm manner;
  • Direct guests to their rooms;
  • Transporting luggage to the rooms;
  • Provide information about the resort as well as information regarding available services;
  • Support reception whenever necessary.
Exigences professionnelles

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong sense of customer orientation;
  • Good appearance;
  • Driving license.

Education/Professional Experience:

  • Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);

     

Atout
  • Previous experience as bellboy member (preferably)
  • Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
